I applied for a tourist visa for Australia from My Economy tours and Gururaj provided excellent assistance in applying the visa, he has been very supportive and has Excellent knowledge of all the documentation required, he was also quick to answer any query I had at any point of time, strongly recommended !!

I checked in google and decided to go with "My Economy tours" to process Germany tourist visa (Schengen) for my in laws. Even though things started well, the overall experience was horrible. Please read the below points before making a decision. Pros: 1. Mr. Veeresh was polite and easily reachable. 2. Very confident while providing information initially. 3. When I raised my discontent regarding his many mistakes, he accepted and refunded the processing fee without any fuss. Cons: 1. After he checked all the documents to be perfect, I found many issues (e.g. the declaration form was missing information. There was nothing filled other than my in laws signature in it) 2. He gave my in laws address to some VFS Techpark wrongly instead of VFS visa office and blamed his team for it. This caused them to be late for their appointment as the wrong address was in a completely different area. Only after multiple requests they were allowed inside. 3. The application form which he had provided was old and obselete. My in laws got to know about this only in the VFS office. They fortunately got some help there to get the right form and they had to submit it after refilling the new one completely. 4. He did not send any person to VFS office to guide my in laws but instead asked them to go by themselves. NOTE: Another agent whose service I took couple of years back sent a person to guide my wife for tourist visa and he charged half the price. 5. He was not proactive in his work. I had to follow up periodically. 6. Processing fee which he quoted was very high. When asked he said that his work would speak for itself. BUT OBVIOUSLY, IT DEFINITELY DID NOT. Even though I knew that it is fairly easy to process tourist visa without an agent, I chose to go with an agent in order to be sure that everything goes right without any mistakes and also as my in laws are old, I didn't want them to get stressed. But Mr. Veeresh created us more stress and induced more problems which could have been avoided even if we had gone directly.

I really appreciate Veeresh who helped me in getting the passport for my husband and my son. I got it in 10 days after the appointment. He has done a commendable job and always very helpful when i had many questions. I would want to keep his contact and refer to who ever ask me. Thank You so much Veeresh.

Critical: Professionalism They are worst ppl for applying visa... very bad response and they don't have a clue what is to be done... although they are confidently bluffing things and showing off as though they know everything!! The person responsible that is gururaj joshi was clueless and deliberately made mistakes in and out in my application. They were least bothered about the whole process and had to ring them up everyday without getting answered. He repeated his mistakes in my form even after being questioned about it. Very horrible experience!!!

They should be at 5.1 and not 4.9. If I could, I would give them 5.1. 5.0 for the service and 0.1 extra for the extra mile they go to ensure clients get visa approval. They also reminded to pickup passports from Prestige office as soon as they arrived. Both Veeresh and Komala have excellent knowledge about the entire process and I highly recommend their services to one and all.

Mr. Gururaj has helped me get my US visa and I’m more than happy for their service. He understands the purpose of our travel first and then he would say okay if he can do it, they were genuinely trying to help and makes ones job easy, Would totally recommend this for anyone.
